I guarantee that this puppy stated above is A.K.C. Registerable and to the best knowledge of the seller is healthy at the time of sale. This Puppy has received temporary vaccinations against parvovirus, parainfluenza, adenovirus, and distemper. To keep this guarantee in forced you must have the puppy seen by a vet in 5 business days from the date of purchase. The puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours from date and time of purchase against infectious diseases such as parvo, corona, or distemper. Your new puppy is guaranteed to be free from prenatal life threatening defects making it unsuitable as a pet for 2 years from the date of birth. If your puppy is found to have life threatening congenital defects you must supply us within 2 days of diagnosis with your veterinarian’s written report. We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice before exchange. If your vet finds the puppy to be in bad health, the puppy must be returned immediately with a certified statement from your veterinarian for replacement (NO CASH REFUNDS) common parasites like fleas, ticks, worms, and mites are not a cause for replacement A closed umbilical hernia is not a cause for replacement either sometimes that stuff happens in litters it is not life threatening. I do not accept any responsibility for any of your vet bills.
Coccidia/Giardia- Many puppies are prone to outbreak of either coccidia and/or giardia under stressful circumstances. The symptoms can arise in a 12 hour period, and cannot always be prevented by the breeder, because there‘re no signs until the puppy is stressed out, and their immune system drops. All precautions have been made, but the buyer should take the puppy to the vet immediately if puppy develops unusual stool, begins vomiting, or has loss of appetite.
There is no guarantee on SIZE, BITE, COLOR, COAT, or BREEDING ABILITY OF THIS PUPPY.ALL SHIPPING EXPENSES AND VET BILLS INCURRED ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER!!
If a replacement puppy is not available of the same breed, sex, and color within reasonable time as possible. Unless acceptably agreed upon by both parties, the puppy will never be replaced by none other than the same sex, and color as the puppy originally purchased when one is available. The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate food, clean water, housing, and medical care. The buyer agrees to follow the breeder’s recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and general care. Remember, puppies are babies also! They need plenty of love, rest, fresh water, quality puppy food, a warm and dry place to sleep, and exercise. All of our puppies are sold as pets. No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, or breeding ability.
There is no guarantee on potty training although we do work with all of our puppies teaching them the basic knowledge to potty on puppy pads and outside. We have given your puppy lots of love, care, and attention. I will send some puppy information home with you. He/she will need lots of attention from you. All puppies sold by me will need to have monthly heart worm preventive to protect it against heart worms and will need some type of flea preventive to keep him and her healthy and flea free.
*If your puppy/ dog is found to have severe hip dysphasia the puppy/dog can and will only be replaced by one of equal or lesser value the same sex and color from one of our litters . The x-rays must be looked over and rated by the OFA and you also must provide proof from your vet that your dog is not over weight for it’s structure/build..*
*If your puppy has full registration the Buyer warrants that he/she will not knowingly offer this puppy or any of its offspring to brokers, pet shops, or puppy mills. If buyer is found to be selling the dog, or puppies in such a way, buyer will incur a $1,000 penalty for each puppy found to be sold in this way. This Dog if a female also will not be bred until after it is 15 months or over and has went through at least 2 to or 3 heat cycles and may only be bred to or by a English Springer Spaniel. If you have limited registration your puppy will have to be spayed or neutered. Your puppy will have to be spayed or neutered by no later 24 months of age!
If the buyer ever needs to find the puppy a new home or can no longer care or doesn’t want the puppy/dog the buyer will give the breeder the puppy back to the breeder. If you need more time to get the puppy fixed you must e-mail or call me and for some circumstances I will extend the time I will send an extension letter with my signature. All changes will have to be written up and signed by both parties. Remember I will need proof that the puppy has been spayed/ neutered if they have limited registration.
You must either call me or e-mail me to set up a time for you to bring or send the puppy back if you have no way of bringing the puppy/ dog back. I will make arrangements to do so. Under no circumstances will this puppy/dog ever be sold, surrendered or placed in a shelter, puppy mill! This puppy/dog will not be put to sleep without first consenting with the breeder. We reserve the right to repossess any of our puppies or dogs that are found to be neglected or abused!
There are no other guarantees/warranties given, expressed or written, other than those stated in the above contract. Any changes must be made on paper, and signed by both parties.

We require a $200.00 non refundable deposit to hold an English Springer Spaniel puppy from __________________________.. We must receive payment in full before your puppy will be picked up or ground shipped. When meeting to pick up your puppy I only accept cash… Buyer understands that the deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE. The deposit can also go toward a future puppy when one is available.
Breeder is bound by this agreement to original buyer only. This written agreement is a binding contract between buyer and seller concerning the health conditions or loss of this puppy. Any litigation commenced shall take place in State of Pennsylvania in Adams County
